MEDICAL SAFETY

What VetNarra can—and cannot—do

VetNarra organises information and helps owners prepare. It is not a veterinary clinic and it cannot examine an animal.

Important

If an animal has breathing difficulty, collapses, has a seizure, may have been poisoned, is bleeding heavily or is rapidly deteriorating, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately.

What VetNarra can do

VetNarra can organise source documents into an owner-reviewed timeline, display recorded medication and follow-up information, explain terminology, prepare reports and surface questions for a veterinarian.

What VetNarra cannot do

VetNarra cannot diagnose, prescribe, calculate a dose, confirm that a treatment is safe, determine whether a symptom is urgent, or replace physical examination, laboratory interpretation and veterinary judgement.

Care plans and chat

Personalised care plans and record-guided answers combine the pet profile with information already stored in VetNarra. General breed or species context describes tendencies, not findings about an individual animal. Always verify medical decisions with the treating veterinarian.
